Body Composition Scanning & Education
If you're working towards health, fitness, rehabilitation or weight management goals, understanding what your body is made of can provide valuable insights that a standard scale simply cannot offer. Our InBody 570 body composition analysis helps you measure progress more accurately and make informed decisions about your health.
Understanding your health involves much more than simply stepping on a scale. While your weight may change very little over time, significant improvements can occur in muscle mass, body fat percentage and overall body composition. Our InBody 570 assessment provides a detailed breakdown of these key health markers, helping you gain a clearer understanding of your body and track meaningful progress.
Using advanced bioelectrical impedance technology, the InBody 570 measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, body water distribution and segmental muscle development. The assessment is quick, non-invasive and provides immediate results.
Unlike traditional scales, body composition analysis helps distinguish between changes in body fat and lean muscle mass. This can be particularly valuable when recovering from injury, starting an exercise program, improving athletic performance or working towards long-term health goals. Rather than focusing solely on weight, the scan provides a more complete picture of your overall health and physical wellbeing.
Following your assessment, we review your results with you and explain what the findings mean in practical terms. We help you understand your current body composition, identify areas for improvement and develop realistic strategies to support your health, fitness or rehabilitation goals.
Whether you are beginning a new fitness journey, monitoring progress during rehabilitation, navigating perimenopause, striving for healthy ageing or simply wanting a better understanding of your health, our body composition scanning service provides valuable insights that help you celebrate progress, stay motivated and make informed decisions on your journey towards better health.

Important Information
The InBody 570 uses a small, safe bioelectrical current to measure body composition. For this reason, scanning is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, implantable defibrillators or other electrical medical devices.
To improve the accuracy of your results, we recommend:
- Avoid eating for 3 hours prior to your scan
- Avoid vigorous exercise for 12 hours prior to your scan
- Maintain normal hydration
- Wear light clothing and remove shoes and socks
Body composition scanning is not recommended during pregnancy. Results may also be affected during menstruation due to temporary changes in fluid balance.
